Giorgio Gaslini Nuovi sentimenti w.Don Cherry-S.Lacy-G.Barbieri-E.Rava EX / FAIR 1st issue JazzGiorgio Gaslini Ensemble & Quartet ' Nuovi sentimenti ' LA VOCE DEL PADRONE QELP 8154 ( IT ) rec. in Milano on February 4, 1966 - issued on Feb. 1966 - on the rail-off (dead wax) is printed ' 21-2-66 ' - rare original 1st issue Unfortunately this Lp have the 2 sides on completely opposite condition : Side A is Poor and impracticable because has 4 bad scratches all along the vinyl. Probably has been used for some sound experiment because the vinyl has no other flaw. However these 4 scratches are deep and very notable touching with the finger. I did not played this side because I don't want to break the needle of my turntable. For me this side A is clearly unplayable. Side B is EX++ flawless . I had not the heart to throw this one away as it's such a good, rare album. Maybe someone else may appreciate it despite its condition and/or for the cover Giorgio Gaslini : leader & piano - Don Cherry : trumpet - Steve Lacy : soprano sax - Gato Barbieri : tenor sax - Gianni Bedori : alto sax, flute - Enrico Rava : trumpet - Jean Francois Jenny-Clark & Kent Carter : bass - Franco Tonani & Aldo Romano : drums
Side A : This is the side Unplayable for the 4 bad scratches - Recitativo e aria - Marcia dell'uomo Side B : This is the side EX++ - Nuovi sentimenti (solos by K.Carter - G.Gaslini - G.Bedori - Don Cherry) - Rotazioni (solos by G.Barbieri - Don Cherry - Giorgio Gaslin)

Visual grading : Unfortunately this Lp have the 2 sides on completely opposite condition : Side A is Poor and impracticable because has 4 bad scratches all along the vinyl.
