ULTRA RARE MINI LP !!!

 

 

 

Excellent work by Glenn Jones -- even if the record is only a 5 track ep! (One of those strange little sets issued in the early 80s, when the record industry was trying to figure out a way to make money between the ever-escalating cost of the LP and the less-popular 12" single.) Glenn's incredible in the set -- showing that he's one of the few really strong soul talents to emerge in the 80s, with a voice that's perfect for tight-grooving tunes and for mellower ballads. There's a fair bit of keyboard work on the set, but Glenn's voice holds strong in a great way. Titles include "Everybody Loves A Winner", "Thank You For The Love", "I Am Somebody", and "Keep On Doing".
