This is a BRAND NEW, UNOPENED, SEALED, vinyl LP 2 record set from 1969 - GLENN MILLER A MEMORIAL 1944-1969. Glenn Miller was a musician, arranger, composer and big band leader in the 1930's and 40's Swing Era. Miller died in a plane crash in 1944 at the age of 40. While traveling to entertain troops in France during World War II, his aircraft disappeared in bad weather over the English Channel. This 2 record set is a very rare find. A pristine, mint condition album set over 48 years old, never opened, never played, still sealed in the original cellophane! There is only one break in the cellophane on the bottom right corner, probably as a result of storage. Released by RCA Records, VPM-6019, this album looks the same as it did on the record store shelves in 1969 including stickers. The double album contains 30 classic songs. This album is a must for any collector of vintage records or fans of Glenn Miller.
