RECORD: VG+ (strong)
NOTES: Very rare test pressing of classic album that came out on Casablanca in 1974. Record plays great. It comes in generic cover that I assume is original which has faint NB 9002 ink writing, stains on back and top seam split part way. To be honest, I would usually replace this cover, but it does seem original so will leave it up to buyer. The test pressing label differs from the one shown on Discogs. This test pressing was made at Santa Maria CA for Columbia Records. One of a kind item.
GRADES: SEALED, NM, EXC, VG+, VG, VG-, G, FAIR, POOR.
I grade strictly under bright light. My highest grade for an unsealed record is NM (NEAR MINT) - a record must look like new to be graded NM! An EXC record will show only slight signs of prior play. A VG+ is a solid used record that should play well but has minor visual flaws. A VG has more obvious flaws BUT is not trashed. Records graded VG- or worse will often play much better than they look.
