45 Years old!!!!!!!
This Magazine/Newspaper Music is Complete
The condition of the overall magazine is Excellent  Condition
The front page is in Excellent  Condition... light age discolouration ...
The Back Page has some age discolouration over all Excellent condition
The magazine has some age discolouration please see pics
The Cover spine fold is in Excellent condition ... one tiny chip on bottom 
The inside of the magazine (in between the front and back cover) is overall in Excellent condition ... has occasional edge tears common to newspaper
Some age discolouration on the top edge of some pages - see pics
The centre page - has some edge discolouration and some edge tears and and old siagonal crease fold line       
This magazine has always been stored flat not folded 
A great example of a very rare magazine!!!
