Reissue of Classic UK Psych album, featuring Ken Hensley from Uriah Heep in one of his first adventures. This is the followup to their “Genesis” debut, and in my opinion better than their first. Killer Mellotron and keyboards sound, full psychedelic hangover on this one! It has this amazing UK 1968 psych sound of the likes of Pink Floyd, Andwella's Dream, Pretty Thing's SF Sorrow, Kaleidoscope, Orange Bicycle, Art, Beatles from the era and all the rest. Truly amazing band, who took the Rolling Stone's place at the Marquee Club. At times, the Gods also featured future members from Uriah Heep (Ken Hensley, Paul Newton and Lee Kerslake) as well as Mick Taylor, later in the Rolling Stones and John Mayall's Bluesbrakers.
Reissue with excellent sound quality. Limited to 500 copies only, and sold out years ago. We bought the last ones... ;-)
