Description

you are bidding on the Godspeed You Black Emperor "f#a#oo" lp on constellation records [cst 003]. this is the original first press hand numbered version. i bought this lp from the band when i saw them at Zoot's coffeehouse in detroit, i think it was sep 19th 1997, they played with Wallside, Harriet the Spy, and the (young)pioneers. i think the show went too late for the last 2 bands to play.

this version of the record comes in a textured dark purple jacket with a glued on picture. the band name and title of the record are in the from of a printed piece of tape on the lp's poly bag. hand written on the back of the lp jacket in silver paint pen is the record number [#322/500], cst 003, and a cross. inside the record comes with many inserts within a small manilla envelope and a penny crushed by a train. there is also a painted insert on construction paper i neglected to include in the picture. all others should be pictured below in all their digicam blurriness.

record is in great shape, played twice then stored upright in a cool dry place for years.

each track fills a side, and is made up of different pieces. side b runs out into a locked groove.
