Golden Smog Weird Tales

Golden Smog could be described as an alternative-country-rock-fluid-super-group.  It's members have all played with various known bands - WILCO, Jayhawks, Replacements, Soul Asylum, the Honeydogs and Big Star.  Members come and go with the decision to play a gig or record an album.

Weird Tales is the second release, originally coming out on Rykodisc on October 13, 1998. 

This particular copy is the 20thAnniversary of that release, remastered and released on Ryko through Rhino on January 16, 2018 as a sesquialbum (music on 3 sides of two 12” vinyl discs with an etching on the 4th side). This was the first time the album had been released on vinyl.  It is a SEALED promotional copy (note marker strike through bar code, pictured). It pressed on green vinyl.
