Record comes in the original paper sleeve with a colorful picture of Cowboy Bill on his horse
The back of the cover has titles of other Little Golden Records
Labels: blue with black writing. Side A has a picture of cowboy Bill, Side B has a picture of a cowboy on a horse

- Record: VG+VG+ (Both sides have faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG+VG+ (Both sides have wear around the center hole)
- Sleeve: VGVG (Both sides have crease from record. Bit of wear along the edges and corners. Few tiny tears along the top open edge. There is a small label with the number 24 on the front)
