THIS ITEM:  I'm not a record collector but I did grow up with records, once upon a time. "Good" is my own grade, not from an expert. I have not played this record or had it examined by an expert. It looks ok, the vinyl album itself I mean. It has some general wear but I wouldn't describe it as damaged or worrisome. I've tried to tilt it so you can see the type of wear the surface has. Fine, superficial wear is how I would describe the wear to the vinyl. The surface is dirty. The labels are in pretty nice shape, in my opinion. The jacket is lower grade in my opinion, with discoloration, yellowing, two tears on the spine, general rubbing, etc. The sleeve has some yellowing, etc. I can provide more details if asked, but for now I'm assuming the vinyl itself holds almost all the potential value, so I haven't bothered with a detailed description of jacket and sleeve. 
I believe this record is the same version that recently sold for $200 in better condition. Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong. 
SHIPPING NOTE: I will pack carefully using stiff foam board on both sides, etc. 

*This album is one of several that I got from a hoarder's house. He had a large record collection but, sadly, I was only able to save a handful of records before the rest went into a dumpster.
