Description

Goons ,Pick Of The Goons 1 & 2,LP, Catalogue Number: (114767 & 114768), Cover Details: Yellow poly lined die cut paper sleeve with a N/A.

Cover Condition: very good condition with some creasing or marks as seen in the pictures or noted.

Record Condition: Has been very well looked after and carefully played so shows very few, if any, very light surface lines under strong light, these do not affect play.

Any Other Details: Very rare original BBC Transcription Service Pressing. These discs are made by the BBC for Commonwealth Countries to play on their radio stations and the World service. Housed in a yellow poly lined paper sleeve with the title "A BBC Programme" (as issued). The record contains part 1, The Whistling Spy Enigma and part 2, The Affair Of The Lone Banana with the expiry date of 31.10.69. The record labels have been stamped by the radio station with the broadcast dates. The Goons are Spike Milligan, Harry Secombe, Peter Sellers and from 1951 - 1953 Michael Bentine.
