Up for auction is an ABSOLUTE GEM of a collectable for hardcore and Revelation Records collectors and fans.

Gorilla Biscuits 1989 debut LP, "Start Today".  This is the SUPER RARE first pressing with the embossed lettering on the cover.  Also, this is one of the first 1000 pressed on PURPLE VINYL....but the most unbelievable aspect of this piece, is that it is still          FACTORY SEALED!! 

This record has been in my collection since 1989, when it was first released.  I used to buy doubles of certain records (if i could find them on colored vinyl). It has been stored upright in my closet with hundreds of other records...until now.

Now, you may ask, how do you know that it's the PURPLE VINYL version if it is STILL SEALED?

simple...this is straight off the official REVELATION RECORDS website (http://www.revelationrecords.com/rev.txt):

1st press : 4977 black vinyl
                  1015 purple vinyl
    Embossed cover.  Seal on shrink rap runs top to bottom on 
purple copies, left to right on black copies.  Different 
pressing plants were used for the black vinyl vs. the 
colored which explains the differences in shrink rap seals.

The seal on this copy runs from top to bottom (as shown in the picture), verifying that it is one of the PURPLE VINYL copies.

There can't be many (if any?) more copies of this rare record in this condition (factory sealed)..so BID NOW and BID OFTEN!!!
