LP package came with it.

This is signed and numbered (166/500) in gold metallic ink

This is brand new (though not factory sealed, none of these were to my
knowledge) & has never been played.
There is a scuff (straight diagonal line) pictured on the front cover on
the front.
Almost all Dose LP covers had some kind of scuffing or corner
creasing/whitening new from the printers when these were released nearly 10 years ago.
Condition is nonetheless excellent!
