Blue Note 84177, 1966, Stereo, New York transition Labels. Van Gelder and Stereo stamped. 43, West 63rd St., New York 23, Cover. 
Cover: edgewear on top, foxing at corners, ringwear, lt. stain, name obc. Vinyl: looks Near-Mint. Buzzes in the background a few brief passes during the first minute or so on the first track of side two. Otherwise, the rest of the album plays fine.  Upon closer inspection. The vinyl has slight warp/wave on the first track. The A side plays well with light background on Track one which is basically a trombone solo. 
In case you missed it above... The record looks Near-Mint. I cleaned it on my Nitty Gritty and noticed some intermittent background distortion on the first track of side two. I looked again and noticed a slight "wave" to the vinyl on that track. I can see there is a slight warp but not enough to bump or jump the needle. Apart from this minor imperfection, this is a great album.
