Description
DESCRIPTION: This is a UK Vertigo original pressing of Gracious's self-tilted LP from 1970. This is the first pressing with the large swirl on the side B label, just above the spindle hole.
The vinyl looks near-mint and plays great - loud and clear with no loud pops, tics or skips. The gatefold cover is also in nice condition - the seams are clean, with no signs of any ringwear. There is a small sticker tear in the top-left corner of the rear panel, but this is a white-on-white tear on a textured cover, so not very noticeable. The spine has discloured with age, but the spine text is clear and legible.
Comes complete with the original poly-lined Vertigo swirl inner sleeve, which has the correct '70 date code, and all seams intact.
GRADING: Unless a record is sealed, I play-grade everything on a high-end turntable. My grading is strict, so even if you are buying a 'VG+' record from me, the chances are that you are actually buying a very nice keeper copy. Despite this, mistakes can happen; so, if you feel that I haven't graded something properly, please contact me immediately. As a collector of vinyl myself, I know how important customer satisfaction is and I will do everything I can to resolve any issues.
SHIPPING: Please note that I do not use eBay's Global Shipping Program. The shipping costs quoted in my listings are the actual cost of shipping from the UK; I do not profit from shipping. I do ship internationally, but note that the shipping cost quoted for international shipping is for the US only. For other destinations, please contact me for a shipping quote or, if you have won an auction, please wait for my invoice before paying.
PACKAGING: I do not charge for packaging costs. All records are packed well in sturdy record mailers with additional cardboard for protection. To prevent any seam splits during transit, I always ensure that records are packed outside of their covers.
Additional note: I realised that my picture of the cover rear had a colour cast to it, so I have added two more pictures - one of the rear and one of the dticker tear.
