From Reprise Records (MS 2123), this is  GP by  GRAM PARSONS, 

a remarkable original pressing from January, 1973. Gatefold shows modest

shelf wear but remains sturdy; inside is simply beautiful (overall, VG+). The 

LP is NEAR MINT+ and play-grades same. Our highest recommendation.
