Description


This is a clean original [1973] pressing of the 1st solo album by Gram Parsons, GP, released by Reprise Records in 1973, just months before his death. Gram Parsons was a member of the Byrds for one album, the enormously influential country rock LP, Sweetheart Of The Rodeo, and together with Byrd's original bassist Chris Hillman, formed the legendary country rock group, The Flying Burrito Brothers in 1969. This beautiful LP is an amazing mixture of original compositions and covers played by musicians that comprised Elvis Presley's backing band, including on guitar the legendary James Burton. The LP also features vocals by the amazing singer Emmy Lou Harris.
Cover is is pretty good condition considering it's age....
