This is a relisted item.I missed something in my description in the original listing and when I brought it to the attention of the winning bidder,he chose to cancel the transaction.It was completely my mistake.
So,with that said,here's the new description with the overlooked information...

This is a sealed copy of the Grand Funk Railroad album Closer To Home.There is some ringwear present on both front and back covers,more pronounced on the back cover(see photos).I can't tell if it is on the cover or just the cellophane,but being a black cover,I'd say there is some wear on the cover.There is a 3" opening in the cellophane in the lower opening side of the cover.There is some flaking where the cellophane is opened and a little flaking at the corners.On the top right corner of the front cover the number 25 is written or impressed on the cover.The cellophane has stretch lines at this spot and also a residual glue mark from a price sticker that makes it hard to see the number.If the cellophane is removed it would be more noticeable,small,but noticeable.
I don't know if this is a first pressing,or early pressing but here's some information that might help for those who know...Capitol logo on bottom front cover in grey.Lower left backcover has a 3/8" circle with the words Printed In USA inside of circle.Back cover,center,bottom...Manufactured by Capitol Records,Inc,A Subsidiary Of Capitol Industries Inc Hollywood and Vine Streets,Hollywood Calif.Factories in Scranton PA,Los Angeles Calif,Jacksonville ILL,Winchester VA.Back cover bottom right RIAA symbol with Member across the top.
The album has a gatefold cover.
