Description

Grand Funk-Live Album-SEALED new Old Stock from the 70s-Capitol Records SWBB 633-Thicker Cardboard sleeve no reason to believe it is not an original from 1970 but hard to tell unless opened. The latest I would expect in this package would be Orange label.

Entire package very nice exhibits a bit of shop wear, but on opening will show far better a lot of the ring you see is transfer onto the shrink wrap from my experience. Small tear in shrink at center top. Creasing across bottom left corner, not bad at all.

That's the worst of it all in all you will be getting a near perfect copy of a great LP from one of the premier live bands of all time. This is factory SEALED not a re-seal breathe holes look good on the back. Please view the pictures I tried to get a good shot of them, one is next to the cord the other is mixed in with the text on left, both are on the back cover

The story goes they were thrown off a tour by Led Zeppelin as they out-shined them as the opening act. This is before the hits right at the cusp of the buzz that their live performances were something to see. Balls out rock with one of the first recorded drum solos that would be a staple of arena rock albums throughout the 70s. In fact live albums of this era were fairly poor sellers until Frampton changed that with his wildly successful live album from 1976. This LP pre-dates that by 6 years.

Shipping combined reasonably on multiple items for all. There is no reserve on this item. Happy Bidding!!!
