Grant Green- Green Street Vinyl
Blue Note 4071. This is the rare misprint this reissue is in a stereo sleeve, but the album is mono (the labels are correct and use Blue Note's notation for mono releases, BN vs BST). You can see more information below from discogs website.
Cover is VG + one corner imperfection in bottom left. I tried to get a close up picture.
