US 1st pressing Mono lp released on Blue Note 4154 New York address Van Gelder carved dead wax.
Condition: Record is VG+ with a couple non feel-able surface marks, very very clean, I've had this copy forever and it sounds wonderful. The only reason i'm selling it is to pay rent. Cover G with very cracking around the edges  Not split. Labels clean with no spindle trails. This was my baby treat her well sniffle.
All records cleaned on a vpi 16.5 as needed. All records shipped outside of cover to prevent damage.
