Items Not As Described: If you feel any CD or LP you receive has been incorrectly graded, simply let us know. We are very careful to be fair in our grading. Please assume that we act in good faith and we will assume the same about you. Some people may not realize it but all it can take when you are listing multiple items is to accidentally select the wrong pull-down menu option or forget to change out a grade from your last listing, so errors can happen. Rest assured that we will never intentionally grade something misleadingly but mistakes happen and disagreements (though extremely rare for us) can happen.
