Very first album from psychedelic rock legends The Grateful Dead!  Released in 1967. 
Awesome psychedelic artwork / collage album cover IN SHRINKWRAP!

VERY VERY RARE 1st Canadian Monophonic Pressing on the BLUE WB "Vitaphonic High Fidelity" label.


Nice original pressing, heavy vinyl, deep groove mono.  
This is the ORIGINAL mono.. NOT the much more common stereo version.

Thoroughly play-tested, and sounds awesome!  Great dynamics throughout, made possible by deep and widely spaced mono grooves!

Original price sticker on cover indicates that this originally sold NEW in 1967 for $4.29. 
I'm hoping it's worth a little more than that today!

Condition of Side 2:   NM-               - few light paper scuffs, plays as new - no scratches, bubbles, spots, warps, etc

Condition of Label :   EXC+            - Quite a few spindle marks in evidence,  no writing, stickers, etc

Condition of Cover:   M-                  - AS NEW, no ringwear on front.  Corners sharp, no yellowing
                                                                Spine crisp and legible, no seam splits, or other damage of any kind.
