I have play sampled the record on my Pioneer turntable. (See Video)
Plays great. Actually sounds about near mint!  Slight noise when needle touches dead wax but disappears when song begins. Labels are clean. Vinyl does show some minor scuffing but looks and sounds fantastic. Still has nice shine. 
Cover has wear on corners along with edge wear. No rips or tears.
Cover is intact and shows very well. See pics.

Comes with Warner Bros company inner sleeve.
Comes from smoke free climate controlled home.
