Hey there folks/fellow Heads. You are looking at a lovely/like new copy of this Record Store Day release on the Rhino label# R1-530643. You probably know all about this one, so i need only say that the Dark Star totals roughly 40 minutes and was recorded in France on May 4, 1972. Jerry and the guys do their thing and it's a nice '72 Dark Star alround with a 2.5 min.drum solo in between passages.
On RSD, I bought this one sealed for my curiosity's sake and listened to it twice so far, thus the vinyl is in perfect shape/pretty fresh out of the packaging and the cover is the same, with the shrinkwrap still on it. The vinyl has a few lite surface manufacture marks that were there when i opened it new, ( but you cant hear them at all, they make no sound whatsoever) So, you can consider this record newly opened, ok? :)
