Description

Cover says 'Grateful Dead - Felt Forum - Dec. 5, 1971' at top with tracklist and 'Stereo' at bottom. Tracklist misnames some tracks. Very rare original.

Released in outer sleeve with either red, brown (pictured), or black skull and roses logo and text. Also released as picture disc with Jerry at mic.
This vinyl record features the legendary Grateful Dead in their Felt Forum 1971 performance, a rare and highly sought-after first edition original release.
