Recorded live December 5, 1971 at the Felt Forum, Madison Square Garden, New York, NY  Limited edition, 1000 copies.

Media:  VG+ Sleeve:  VG+  (not really a sleeve, just a cardboard square to hold the picture disc) Great copy. Both vinyl and "cover" (see picture-picture disc holder, not actually a cover) in great shape! Rare lmt.ed 1000 copies. Recording itself sounds okay but is sloppily edited (clips beginning and endings of songs).  Song titled on back are incorrect, but it is pretty easy to guess which songs are which (i.e.  "We Can Share" = Jack Straw).   Great item for Dead collectors.
