This is the self titled live double vinyl album, sometimes known as "Skull And Roses" by The Grateful Dead. It was released on Warner Bros. Records, catalog number 2WS 1935. This double vinyl album is an original first pressing and was released in 1971. It includes the tracks:

The records themselves are in better than Very Good (VG+) condition with few visible marks but no scratches and have no affect to how the records play. The cover is also in Very Good (VG) condition with some wear. Great buy!

   

All of my records are shipped in white record mailer boxes. They are always packed tightly with extra cardboard and padding to ensure proper and safe delivery.
