Grateful Dead s/t ( debut ) Warner W 1689 , golden label MONO , 1st press , made in US 1967, original inner , psych Condition of the vinyl : VG+ light scuffs , minimal background noise on quiet tracks , few soft ticks , no scratches with long ticking Condition of the cover : VG+ , no side cut ,slight wear , no splits , clear tape on the low edge and the center of lower front cover
All records play-graded and visual-graded (strong light),
