Until three years ago, it seemed that the water had definitely closed over the remarkable stoner-rock band from Sweden, GRAVEYARD, after years of endless concerts and four regular records, threw a towel in the ring in 2016. And everything happened without a long wait. Boom bac, we just fell apart, put up with it. However, in December 2017, two of the founding members suddenly announced the return of their brand, and today they are already confirming that they used the break to change the line-up and start their next track. So they replaced the completely rhythm section, where the experienced original duo Rikard Edlund / Axel Sjöberg was replaced by the duo Truls Mölck / Oskar Bergenheim and today they are quite possibly ready to re-dominate European stages with their very authentic rock´n´roll pattern, just to remind you, that the two musicians holding the ensemble firmly are both singing guitarists, namely Joakim Nilsson and Jonatan Larocca-Ramm. I liked this band already in the days of the second album "Hisingen Blues" and I confirm here that GRAVEYARD and the new "Peace" are successfully continuing their most famous period. Although it may not be the moment of surprise like in 2011, when GRAVEYARD became a sensation, then for the first time after European festivals, heavily presented through its Nuclear Blast stable, but the boys certainly haven't forgotten to compose and play interesting music since then, so new and the somewhat more melodic album re-establishes the typically engaging atmosphere of the Máničkov parties of the 1970s.
