Description
I'm now listing about 200 rock and pop LPs from the 70's and 80's. A friends partner is expecting his first child at age 60 and needs to raise some money. Most of these are Excellent to Near Mint condition with the original shrink wrap, if they came with it. Some were bought in South Africa so English albums, not wrapped for domestic consumption, will have it if exported from the UK. Most of these records have been played once or twice to put them on cassette tape and again to convert to mp3. In the mean time they have been stored upright in soft plastic sleeves in stackable record containers.
This is a copy of the LP Staircase To The Day by Gravy Train, South Africa reissue from 1980 on Pye Records MMT 1099.
The etched matrix nos. are MMT 1099 A and MMT 1099 B
The vinyl is in Near Mint condition with no scuffs, scratches or other blemishes. The labels are spotless with no stains, spindle lines, writing, stickers or scuffs.
The cover is in Very Good Plus condition There are no tears, scuffs, writing, stains, ring wear or stickers. The spine is perfectly readable. There is some wrinkling to the cover, probably caused by the original shrink wrap being too tight and a tiny bit of rubbing to the print on the back (near the top) and on the bottom edge next to the opening.
The original clear polyethylene inner sleeve just has some wrinkling and creasing.
Comes from a smoke free home.
