Two really good sides are done by Tommy McClennan & his guitar, entitled "Blues Trip Me This Morning" and "Bluebird Blues" on Bluebird 9037. Ransom Knowling is on string bass accompaniment.
Recorded in Chicago on February 20, 1942, the record is in excellent-minus (E-) condition on the "Bluebird Blues" side. The GREAT A side is in excellent to excellent-plus (E to E+) condition, however half of the record has a dull surface appearance. It makes no noise, plays beautiful, and is right off the charts!
