Almost as new (from the 1980's), mostly unopened still in shrink wrap and unplayed. Virtually complete set, unfortunately albums 81-85 are missing, but you still get 96 jazz albums!
There are 24 boxes and each contains 4 LPs pressed on red vinyl. Each 4 LP set covers a specific period in Jazz, right from the very start of Jazz Recording, up to the 1980s when the set was compiled. This set is the Institute of Jazz Studies Official Archive Collection, so you can rest assured that the titles on the LPs are representative of the best of each artist.
