SKYLAND RECORDS is truly proud to present another group of good gospel selections by THE RHYMER FAMILY. This is the second in a series of albums recorded by them. Your reaction to their first one has told us how much you like their stylings and performances. We know of no one that puts more personal dedication and feelings into their songs as this group. It is all reflected in every one of the songs included here. Two of the songs included were written by Tim Rhymer. They are good examples of the true feelings of this family. The songs, “Heaven’s My Destiny,” and “Oh, What A Friend Is He” were accepted and published immediately by the House of David Publishing Company, one of Nashville’s finest gospel firms. Tim invites all to use these songs in their singings too. There are some other fine features in this album we are proud of. One of them is the solo part done by Joey on “Just A Rose Will Do” and the solo singing of Carl on “Thanks to Calvary.” This is the first time they have been featured in vocal parts. We believe you will enjoy this album even more than their first one. I am happy to have been involved in this recording with them, and hope their singing will be a blessing to all.
