I ALSO MADE A SMALL MARK ON THE LIBERTY LOGO'S DENOTING THIS.

(I have not been able to find another like this so that could be good or bad thing?)

Vinyl in excellent condition..no visible scuffs or scratches. 

Gateleg Cover and sleeve in very good condition.

Private seller..purchased from new always handled with care.
