Both the record and the cover are original, the record was made in Cuba circa 1965
The record may have imperfections, it needs a cleaning and may or may not sound go5d when played. i have no phonograph to play it on, I will assume it does not sound as good as it did 45 years ago.
It is not cracked It is the size of a 45 RPM record but is marked 33 1/3
A rare item to survive Cuba all these years.

materials, as defined in part in § 515.332 of the Regulations (for
example, publications, films, posters, phonograph records,
photographs, tapes, compact discs, and artworks classified under
Chapter subheading 9701, 9702, or 9703 of the Harmonized Tariff
Schedule of the United States) are exempt from the prohibition.
