Description

I Believe this is GBVs 4th LP, I cant ever remember which was which back here.  Came out in 1990 before anyone cared.  A few short years later I bought this when I was still in HS from Bob and the band at a show that they played at a dinky little club in downtown Manhattan called Under Acme.  It was such an amazing show that I bought all the LPs that they had with them to play on my high school radio station -(no it was nothing like 90210)- I got copies of Vampire on Titus, the Grand Hour 7" and Sandbox...  Shorty after that they seemed to release a 14 song 7" record every 3 1/2 weeks on various indie labels and me and my music geek friends struggled to keep up.  IT was fun , and I think I will keep my 7" collection and Sand Box, but this one will go as I am hopefully going to attend law school next year and this record will mean I am a few hundred$$ less in debt once it is over. .  I also have a copy of Forever Since Breakfast on Vinyl which I think I will give up.  So check my other auctions for that piece as well.

Now I wont throw a bunch of crap at you about how "THIS RECORD WAS ONLY PLAYED ONCE!" Or better yet "this record was never played... I just opened it... breathed on it rubbed it on my pectorals and sealed in in a sterile, cryogenically contained unit for the last 10 years and now it comes to you (almost) untouched.  Does anyone ever really buy that crap?  Does anyone ever feel like asking those fellows why they bought it on LP if they didnt want to listen to it on LP?  I played it a number of times but have not in a number of years as I have a vinyl copy from the 1st box they put out on Scatador back in '95, which I have listened to countless times. In any case the record is pretty DEAD F*@#ING MINT! Because I have taken good care of it in a non smoking home for a # of years... I cant really get my camera to take a picture of how dead mint it is, but it is. Barely a crinkle in the cover and not a scuff on the vinyl.  It still looks shiny like a new record.

It will come in a plastic sleeve and be shipped USPS UPS or FEDERAL EXPRESS however you all want it.  I will be paid with Check, Money Order, or Paypal.  I prefer receiving a Money Order or Certified Check because what will cost you a dollar there might cost me 25$  on paypal  because paypal has taken to removing more money from each payment then ebay does for many   items as I have quickly discovered.  That being said, if you MUST use paypal you must pay their surcharge.  This is not negotiable, based on my experience with paypal this will be around  7-10%.  I actually think after selling stuff for a couple of weeks that sellers should completely boycott paypal.  I looked into Bidpay, but they seem to screw the buyers... so much for that. Depending on how high the bid goes, I will consider swallowing some of this charge but this is not a promise.

There is no reserve and the bidding will start at 9.99.   The buyer and I will have to have a serious conversation about insurance, because I wont be held responsible for incompetence on behalf of the USPS.
