Here's a sealed G N' R Lies straight outta 1988! This is the controversial first pressing with original cover that was later censored. See the notes below for more about that. A couple things to know about this copy. It has the original plum, yellow and white hype sticker, of course. It has a small, precise hole punch near the upper right corner. And the bottom right corner has picked up a bend over the years, including a little browning what appear to be under the shrink wrap. Please see the photos I've posted for a close look at all of this and more. Notes This original pressing contains uncensored text on the cover that differs from the second and later editions. It reads "Wife-beating has been around for 10,000 years" (later replaced by "LIES! LIES! LIES!") on lower left hand side, and right middle reads "Ladies, welcome to the dark ages" in upper/middle right (later replaced by "Elephant gives birth to midget".)
Both first/uncensored and second/censored cover editions were assembled from the same Direct Metal Mastering (DMM) platter pressing by Specialty Records Corporation. "E A S T" is embossed around the center hole.
This album includes previously released material from Guns N' Roses - Live ?!★@ Like A Suicide "independently" released on Uzi Suicide Records (a "label" created by Geffen.)
