Original 1991 1st PROMO Press on Geffen Label. Sterling pressing. Comes with original printed insert sleeves. Records stored in poly sleeve. Gold PROMO stamp on rear. Cover still has "Explicit Lyrics" sticker. Very clean, upper grade copy. Cover is VG+, shelf wear, use wear, clean. Records NM-, one side is EX, few light blemishes, glossy and clean.
