Record: NM,  clean and shiny surface area, amazingly preserved vinyl considering 30 yrs passed since release. LP looks unplayed, this is the closest thing to a brand new (or sealed) copy that you could ever find!
Play-Graded: NM, record plays perfect all the way through, without skips, bops or any other audible flaw, just like a new LP should play.
Cover: NM-,  minor -hardy visible- creases here and there and tiny signs of handling as pictured above. Excellent corners (see pics), no seam splits, tears or cut-outs, no price tag marks, writings or any other serious flaw (collector's condition).
Insert: NM,  minor creases and signs of handling only, no tears or cuts, no writings or any other flaw as pictured.

Record comes in its original cover, also including label's original lyrics/photos/credits -uncensored- insert as pictured above. Rare title, long deleted by label and nowadays out of print.
