This extremely rare original 12" vinyl EP was produced in the USA and released on 13 December 1986 by the band's own label Uzi Suicide Co. in a 10,000 copies limited edition. It contains 4 tracks which, upon the growing success of the band, were re-released on their some of their Geffen albums (including Lies and the re-release of the EP on CD).

The dead wax is containing the (matrix) engravings it should have:
USR-001-A/B-SH2 B-26234-SH2 including the all important 'sterling' MACHINE STAMP!
