Radio Show Transcription Disc Record From The Armed Forces Radio & Television Service. Two complete radio programs on this 12 inch, vinyl, 33 1/3 rpm disc. This Disc Was Issued To Radio Stations For Broadcast Only And Not Available To The General Public. Very Rare!

"Hootenanny" radio program #10. An excellent live folk music & variety show hosted by Art Linkletter and starring Will Holt, Rolf Harris, The New Christy Minstrels, The Phoenix Singers, Jackie Vernon (the voice of Frosty The Snowman in the Rankin-Bass Christmas specials), The Even Dozen Jug Band, Naomi Brossart. Songs include "Lemon Tree" Will Holt, "The Roving Gambler" New Christy Minstrels, "Turn Around" Naomi Brossart, "By And By/When Morning Comes" The Phoenix Singers, "Tie Me Kangaroo Down Sport" Rolf Harris, "Log Cabin Blues" Even Dozen Jug Band, "One More River" by the cast (incomplete). Program includes a comedy monologue by Jackie Vernon. 30 minutes. I could not find any reference of any other existing copy of this Hootenanny radio program
