HANK MOBLEY: "PECKIN' TIME" LP - On BLUE NOTE Records, #1574. Extremely rare vintage jazz Lp! Original MONO pressing with the classic Blue & White labels and the 47 WEST 63rd NYC address on both labels. The label is DEEP GROOVE on both sides. "EAR" etched and RVG stamped in the trail-off on both sides. Thick vinyl, thick laminated cardboard cover. The personnel: Lee Morgan/trumpet; Hank Mobley/tenor sax; Wynton Kelly/piano; Paul Chambers/bass; Charlie Persip/drums. The vinyl is in VG to VG- condition, high gloss in spite of some visible wear & scratches. The thick laminated cover is in G shape. There is some moisture/mildew damage along extreme top edge. There is a light moisture stain along the extreme right edge on the front side as well as the left edge on back side. Name written at top left corner on back side. Some of top & bottom seams taped very discreetly. No cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking. Address on back cover is 47 West 63rd St., New York 23. Not a high-grade copy of this artifact by any means, but amazingly hard to find in any condition. The songs are: High And Flighty; Speak Low; Peckin' Time; Stretchin' Out; Git-Go Blues.~ See my other eBay auctions of similar collectible LPs!! ~
