The record is in very good condition. There is some light scuffing and and a couple of very light surface lines on both sides. The labels are perfect with no wear, marks or discoloration.
The album cover is also in very good condition. There are no splits on any seams and only very light corner wear. There is some light wear on the lamination on the opening edge. The back has some numbers written in ink next to some of the titles. Inner sleeve is plain white. I don't think it is the original inner sleeve.
NOTE: Any white spots on the pictures are caused by the camera flash. I'm looking forward to spring and an abundance of natural light.
