Unveiled as part of Blue Note’s 75th anniversary vinyl reissue campaign, The Turnaround! was an album from esteemed jazz tenor saxophonist Hank Mobley.


Released in 1965, it features performances from Mobley with Donald Byrd, Herbie Hancock, Butch Warren and Philly Joe Jones from the earlier session and Freddie Hubbard, Barry Harris, Paul Chambers and Billy Higgins from the latter.
