It is not necessarily a professional grading but thought it might help in an offer/buy decision. I want to be honest about the condition.

Record Description:
RVG, Deep Groove and Ear both sides
767 Lexington Ave
Side A- a few light scratches, a few that can be felt. (see photo #6 )
Details from previous buyer "Side 1 tracked through with no skips or repeats on my system. Early loud trail in noise subsided somewhat and the consistent crackles did not overpower the music volume… noise between tracks is consistently heavy… in my opinion both the visual condition and the play quality of side 1 can be reasonably described as GOOD MINUS. "
Side B- a few more light/scratches/scuffs, a few "feel-able" scratches (see photo # 9)
Near the edge of the record on side 2, there is a little bit of sticky stuff, I believe from the tape came off onto the vinyl. See last photo
Details from previous buyer "Side 2, unfortunately, did not deliver an acceptable play quality. There were skips forward, (no repeats). Loud popping and overall heavy crackling that consistently competed with and overpowered the music. Side 2 of this LP, in my opinion, has no value as a playable recording. The play quality is not listenable at any level, and the surface condition of the vinyl will render damage to the system stylus."
