Description
The greatest recording hillbilly honky-tonker of all time! I have six different EPs by Hank, all originals, that I’m selling this week. Every one of them has an original audio sample to help you understand what you’ll be bidding on. I have not cleaned these and I assume they have never been cleaned with any system – I don’t like tampering with wax I offer for sale, so cleaning will be your call. Thanks.

HANK WILLIAMS – HONKY TONKIN’ – MGM X1318
Quickie Mix: Check out the photos and click on the link to listen to a sample I recorded of this actual piece of wax you’re bidding on. J Tracks include:
Honky Tonkin’
Howlin’ at the Moon
My Bucket’s Got a Hole in it
Baby, We’re really in Love
Cover – VG, general wear, no seam splits, staple in upper left corner; Wax VG, scuffs here and there, “Hole in my Bucket” has scratch affecting play (heard on sample); everything else plays through.Club edit: Even with the Goldmine grading system, grading records is completely subjective in my mind, and honestly, most people (even those with years of experience) jack it up somehow or another. Everybody has their own idea of what “Very Good” means, even with the Goldmine guide in front of us. There are just so many grades of variation, a six-degree Goldmine scale just ain’t cuttin’ it for me when I buy and sell wax! As a record collector myself I understand how frustrating it is to get a copy of something advertised as VG++++, only to play VG+++ … -You know what I mean? A very slight variance, but still not quite what you expected. So take my little “VG”s and “VG+”s and whatever else I throw out there with a grain of salt; the best way to know a record is by LISTENING. That’s why I put samples of my records on every listing and note all discrepancies. I would be glad to answer any more questions!
The boring stuff that’s pretty important:
*Payment is due within 72 hours of auction end. If you don’t pay within 72 hours, you get reported to eBay and you probably don’t care, but that also takes away from my quality beer-drinking time. So help humanity, pay within those 72 hours.
*Sadly, I can no longer charge just the actual shipping cost. THE $4 YOU SEE UP TOP IS THE MAX THIS SITE ALLOWS ME TO ENTER. SHIPPING IS A FLAT $5 FOR ONE RECORD OR MORE in the Continental US. E*ay has decided to charge all sellers a 13 +/-% fee on what we sellers charge for shipping. So, if I charge actual cost, I lose money on shipping. I can't do that & keep selling all this good stuff. So, I have to charge more than actual shipping cost. Sorry, but if you don't like this, complain to eBay about this awesome policy (I tried!). Thanks!
*I don’t accept returns unless I’ve completely and utterly misrepresented an item. A lot bidders are in it to scam me out of ten bucks or a thousand after they realize they spent their rent money and need it back. . .Or the item doesn’t match their new nail color of the week. The list of lame scam excuses is long, trust. So again my friends, unless I totally misrepresent an item, there will be no returns -- please ask all questions you have because I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase!
*Zero-feedback bidders are welcome to have fun on this one, but please contact me prior to bidding. The disproportionate amount of high/drunk/lamebrain non-paying zero-feedback bidders forces this measure. Thanks for understanding.
