1954 Sleeve = VG++ Vinyl = VG/VG+ (Side A has 1 slight light scratching; Side C same Light scratch and 1 other that may hear light popping)
This was the early LP days when they placed 10" LPs on to 2+ 45's in one Gatefold packaging. This was done because they could be playing in Jukeboxes. So instead of 1 large LP, they could be smaller then 10" or 12" LPs...
