Description
HANK WILLIAMS the many moods of MGM LP Mono MGM C 8023!
Original UK LP, with front Laminated sleeve and back sleeve
laminated flip over edges, includes the original Patent Applied for
Paper inner sleeve (in EXCELLENT condition). Released in 1967, on
the MGM Records label.
Catalogue number: MGM C 8023.
EXCELLENT/EXCELLENT CONDITION
Overall a clean sleeve in EXCELLENT condition, displays
some small surface only laminate cracks/creases partially following
the record’s outside edging on the left hand side, a few on the Hank
picture and some small light ones overlapping the spine’s edging.
Back sleeve is very clean with little wear evident, original biro pen
shop price and number on the top left hand corner of the flip over
edge (can be easily removed by the buyer if so desired). All spine
print is clear and intact with top/bottom pinched spine corners
evident. There are no rips/tears, no edge wear, no corner wear, no
seem splits, and no deep lined sleeve creases.
Both labels are NEAR MINT displaying a clean appearance with
no wear or any damage, displays a few tiny faint spindle hole marks
on both sides.
Playing surfaces and matrix areas generate an NEAR MINT/EXCELLENT
clean glossy appearance with no immediate visible surface marks,
however there are a few tiny barely visible, ultra light fine line and
hairline surface scuff marks, which only show up when angled and
viewed closely under a strong bright light. The B-side is similar in
appearance however in addition there are some tiny fine line scuff
marks on the first track between 12 o’clock and 2 o’clock on the B-
side, which again only show up when angled and viewed closely
under a strong bright light (hence graded as EXCELLENT).
