My Grading:
Mint (M) – perfect. No visible or audible defects. New or like new, perhaps played one or two times for grading. Normally I don´t use this grade.
Near Mint (NM) – almost perfect. No visible or audible defects. May be a few minor imperfections viewed under a hot lamp, but never audible. Shiny like new. Usually my top grade.
Excelent (EX) – no real audible defects. Perhaps a very few and very light backround noise that sounds like static or dust, not really noticeable. May be a few inaudible scuffs from paper sleeve or fingertips, mostly viewed under a hot lamp. Looks shiny.
Very Good ++ (VG++) – a few light scuffs or thinny scratches, for a few moments light backround noises that sounds like a light crackle or a very light click behind the sound. Otherwise looks shiny.
Very Good + (VG+) - some light scuffs and scratches, for some moments backround noises or perhaps some clicks beside the sound, but not all the time. Still a great musical experience and collectable.
Very Good (VG) – definitely some scuffs, scratches and noises, may be some clicks over the sound, but not all the time. Still collectable for rare records and nice prices.
Good (G) – multiple visible and audible scuffs and scratches with noises on the hole record. Still playable with no skips. Only enjoyable, till a better copy comes away.
Poor (P) – bad records with deeps scratches, perhaps some skips. I don´t sell usually.
